You will not be able to request any activation keys for any new modules purchased or existing licenses. We strongly recommend to request your key(s) before scheduled maintenance if possible.

If you must request a key during the scheduled maintenance window then please send an email to mandeeps@me.com with your purchase information and installation id so we may manually generate a key for you.

Purchase New Licenses via Mandeeps.com Store

You will not be able to purchase any new licenses via Mandeeps.com store. We strongly recommend to purchase any new licenses before the scheduled maintenance if possible.

You’re welcome to purchase a new license via DotNetNuke Store during our scheduled maintenance window.

Manage Support Tickets

You will not be able to create any new tickets or manage existing ones. We strongly recommend to resolve any existing concerns before the scheduled maintenance window.

Login or Register New Account

Login and registration controls will not be available; therefore, any site interaction that requires authentication such as Forums, Referral Affiliates, Manage Reviews, etc… will not be available.

All functionality will be automatically restored at end of scheduled maintenance.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused to our customers. Our site and services were completely offline yesterday for approximately an hour due to our hosting provider (Power DNN - http://www.powerdnn.com) outage which affected all of their sites and servers in USA.

Although the site and services have been restored, some clients may have problems accessing our site from certain geographical areas. To isolate DDOS attack, Power DNN has IP Blocks in place which may keep certain clients from accessing our site.
