An advertisement should've launched when you opened this page. It was created using the eContent element and configured to Auto Launch.

We're also using the Modal Window property which removes the Move and Close links and prohibts the user from closing the element.

Lastly, Auto Close property is set to close the element automatically after 10 seconds. We also created a explicity "No Thanks" link that closes the element if user choses to do so.
