This example demonstrates Tabs Persistence feature of Live Tabs. When enabled, Live Tabs remember the view state of the last selected tab.
Why is that important?
If you're showing modules within a tab that postback (refresh the page) then you must enable Tabs Persistence; otherwise, on page refresh the tab will be switched to the default tab. To maintain view state, we must enable Tabs Persistence.
Tabs Persistence is cookie based and will remember the view state for specified time. It's not valid on postbacks only; it will remember the view state even if a visitor browses through another site or page and then returns to Live Tabs page.
