Step 1

Navigate to Manage > Create Campaign  > Specify Campaign, Content, Recipient, Delivery, Summary > Deliver according to following action / event  > Click on dropdown and select When a new blog post is published > Preview Campaign > Send
 

Step 2

Navigate to Live Blog > Manage > Authors > Email Marketing > Enable Allow author to send emails with each new post option > Select Campaign from dropdown

Step 3

Select Enable Send Email Campaign before publishing blog

  Render first name of the author of this post.

  Render the date when user is registered on your site.
