I am trying to setup with Windows Live Writer, following instructions in your documentation. Problem – After I ‘Add Blog Account’ and click Next, I get a screen ‘Select Blog Type’ asking for 1. ‘Type of blog that you are using’ and 2. ‘Remote posting web address for your blog’. What do I put in these two fields? I'm using v1.2.0 of Live Blog.
