I opened a support ticket on this but have not heard back yet. I thought I would throw it out there in case someone else has the answer. I am missing the settings tab so I have no way to change the name and description of the blog. I am running DNN version 6.0. I know there is a newer version of DNN out there but I am not sure upgrading will help solve the problem Anyone have problems with this?

Glenns, your support ticket was answered immediately with following reply. Did you not get an email? You can always check the status by logging in to the helpdesk as well.

You must be logged in as a SuperUser, Portal Administrator, or have Edit Rights to the module to see the Settings tab. It would not be visible to "Authors" in general because they should not be able to change the core module settings.
