Agent & Customer Satisfaction Data.

Hi There,

I would like to have  access to the Agents, created by, and Customer satisfaction data, but I can't find it in any of the Live tables. Can you please guide me where to find it?

Regards,

Paulo

    Hi There,

Thanks a lot for your quick answer! I looked into the  LiveHelpdesk_Issue table and didn't find AgentName. I found AgentID, but to respond my question I would like to see the AgentName associated with each AgentID.

For the  LiveHelpdesk_Issue_Log , are you getting customer satisfaction from the LogType column data?

    Thanks,

    Paulo

We store AgentID in LiveHelpdesk_Issue table, You can see the AgentName associated with each AgentID from Users table of DNN.

    Yes

AgentID is the foreign key for UserID in Users Table; you'll need to join with the Users table which is a core DNN Table.

Thanks for your help, but I am still having problems finding The User table. Can you please tell me the exact name for the User's table? I am looking into the PRD - INTRA-DB01 Server, but can't find any table  with user information. Is the  ReporterID associated to the user's table?

    Thank you,

    Paulo

This is a core DNN Table and it's named "Users". It may appear as "dbo.Users" or may have another schema prefixed. Please consult your DBA for further assistance.

ReporterID is a foreign key to UserID in Users table.
