Can you bring in the email address of person who created ticket in LiveHelpdesk?

Hello,

Currently it only displays "Display name" and it would be useful to also display email of user underneath the display name. Only display name doesn't help as few people have same first and last names. Is it possible?

    Email address is available when you click/open a ticket and click on the Reporter Name (Pane on the right; below ticket details). Phone number and email are shown (when available)
