Display submitted information in Live Forms on a public page within website

We are in the processing of building out a team registration form for a public event, the first field on the form is "Team Name", is it possible, once a team submits their registration info through the Live Form, that we could display a list of all the registered teams (Team Name) that would automatically populate like in a grid (A-Z alphabetical order) on a public page within the website?

Related to this question. I have installed the Live Visualizer on the website. We have a Team Registration Live Form that a user would submit and then we have all of the information captured in Live Forms. Now I setup a Visualizer to display the content, and I have figured out how to manipulate that some.

My question is, I am trying to figure out a way that a website Administrator can go in and edit some of the submissions. For Example: if a team registered for one day and now they have contacted and need to change to a different day or select a different option for some of the other items on the original live form. Is there a way to have an edit function on the list of information from the Visualizer or is that handled on the Live Form, and if it is on the Live Form how so you edit a submission there?

    1. Navigate to the page with Live Visualizer module
    2. Click on Manage > Structures > click New Content Structure button
    3. Specify Structure Name and click on Add button
    4. Next screen, Specify Permission for Content and Structure and click Next
    5. Next screen, Design Structure through Forms by drag and drop fields
    6. Next screen, Specify Title and Description
    7. Now navigate to Visualizers tab > click on New Visualizer button
    8. Specify Name, Description, Data Source as Structured Data, Structure as Content Structure name which specify in step 2 and Icon
    9. Click Update

Yes i understand that if I am using the Structure to submit the information, but in my case we have a separate Live Form that has been live and the people are submitting their registrations through that. So in the Visualizer we have the Data Source selected to be the separate Live Form module. It will bring in and display the content, but for this case we are not using a Structure because we are not adding any data into the Live Visualizer module we are just using the Live Visualizer to display the information that has been submitted on the other Live Form. But like i had asked in my original question, some people have contact after submitting their registration and need to change some of their information. So i was wondering if there was a way to edit the information that is being brought in from this separate data source of a different Live Form module.

Does that make sense? All of your steps are showing how this would work if we were submitting the registration through the Live Visualizer module using a Structure, but in this case we are not.

Stand alone Live Forms module does not allow you to edit submissions.
