I have a store front module with some categories and products in it.
When I go to managment>catalog>products to manage the products, I can't see anything. That is the list is empty. Searching and filtering doesn't return any result. assigning products to categories and removing them from categories didn't help.
I Have investigated LSF.Products table in SQL db, The products are available over there and everything seems normal.
Would somebody help me please?
You are welcome Mariette. Your trying to help me fix this problem is greatly appreciated.
Thanks for screen cast and reply, but I am not new to this field. I am a veteran DNN user (Since v.5) and mandeeps modules users. (since 2009)
I have checked all these settings, filters and etc. It seems that there is an error fetching records from DB...
I was asking for the obvious but it did not help you. I apologize

Are they active/enabled?
Yes, Of course. Products are activated and visible in store. the only problem with them is showing up in management>catalog>products
Kayra, please create a support ticket and include URL and credentials to your site so we may take a look. Thanks
But I am testing the trial modules on two under construction websites. Support ticket is not available to trial users. Do I have to buy the module that I am not sure of and then create support ticket?
I think there is a bug in your live forms and live store front with "Extended-Latin characters".
SQL and .Net stack trace shows errors related to unsuccessful searching for items with non-Latin characters as KVPs in generic dictionaries. I hope you notice it.
You could request support from https://www.mandeeps.com/company/contact
use the "I have a Pre-Sales Question" option.
Your browser doesn't have Flash, Silverlight or HTML5 support.

Another bug. My csv is correctly structured and exported by MS Excel. 11th and onward columns are read incorrectly. Also in preview only 20 columns are displayed while in csv format required by LSF module there should be about 50 columns.
Review it please. Your store module could be the best in market. It seems quite perfect, but acts like it's still in beta test release!
