Export/Import for Categories in Live StoreFront

Hello,

I need to manage some changes to Categories in Live StoreFront.  The csv file I exported from the control panel has several column headings that are not visible when trying to import the modified csv file.  How do I import the csv file including the column headings that are not visible, which include modified data.

Specifically I'm referring to the following headings: Allow Page Size Changes, Allowed Page Sizes, Page Size.
