Live Blog & Live Articles Throwing General Exception

Both Live Blog and Live Articles is reporting a general exception in the server logs. It may be causing my DNN application pool to not start. Not quite sure. Here's the logs:

Please open a support ticket regarding the issue through https://www.mandeeps.com/support/standard with the URL of the page in question along with relevant credentials so we may take a look. Also include step by step instructions for us to duplicate the issue.

    Your form said standard support exprired for both Live Blog and Live Articles. So I tried using Premium support since I had an unused credit from the past. However, it says I have no unused credits available. Here is the response I got from the previous support ticket that I paid for, but did not use:

    Your TimeSlot has expired on Aug 22, 2019 and therefore you cannot open a premium ticket.
