live exchange - change title?

Hopefully this is an easy question, using Live exchange, how do I customize the title of "What will you suggest today?" to something else?  Didn't see it in the options, didn't know if I need to modify the template for this.  thanks!

    Please follow below step to customize the title

    Navigate to persona bar > Site Settings > Languages > Edit through localized language icon (https://snipboard.io/Ecav2q.jpg) > Resource File > Local Resources > DesktopModules > LiveExchange > Themes > Ideas > Templates > App_LocalResources > Shared.resx

    thank you so much!  I've saved the file, but my changes are not taking effect.  Do I need to restart the site?

    Yes, Please try again by restart application.
