Live Form - Show Multiple Fields makes a whitespace gap

Hi,

I have a form here: http://stisabellasparish.org/Religious-Education/Parish-School-of-Religion-PSR/Online-Registration

I have a bunch of fields set to only show if someone checks the box to add another child. The function works, but it leaves a big gap of white space which does not look good and requires the user to scroll down to see the button. How can I fix this?

  It maintains the space in case of multi column fields. You can use full width field if you don't need the spacing.

  This would be nicer if you could still use multi column layout for conditional fields. If you have a few fields the layout can get ugly and too long on the page.
