Live Forms - File Upload On Mobile Devices

Hello All,

We have Live Forms (v4.4.0) module installed with DotNetNuke (v09.01.01) portal site and have run into an issue with mobile devices.

We have a multi-step submission for where at the end of the process, we ask clients to upload 3 files (jpg images).

Using the File Upload functionality in Live Forms and testing with Safari (v10 and v11) on iPhone (4S to 7) it is not working. We are unable to trigger the file upload process by touching on the Add Files button for any of the upload options...nothing is happening.

We tested using various other android devices and browsers on that platform and they seemed to be working fine.

Can someone from Team Mandeeps confirm the issue please?

As a follow up, we continued to test and did the following to reproduce:
Created a simple page using Xcillion default skin with a single file upload
- Worked using iPad and Safari.
Using the same page, add an additional file upload on it
- Worked using iPad and Safari.
On the same page, we added a form text input field and a “page break” (next) where the second step was the upload with single upload.
- Failed using iPad and Safari.

Can Team Mandeep confirm this issue?

As follow up, there is a confirmed issue with paging uploads with Safari and Apple devices. If the upload is on a section after a page break, the upload button is unresponsive. Team Mandeep is aware of the issue and are looking to correct on next update. As a stop-gap, If the upload is on the first page, it does work from our testing.
