trying to customize the helpdesk a little bit, is it possible to add additional fields? There's category, status, and priority, but I would like to add an additional field that can be tracked.
Also, under the SLA field, there is a corresponding "respond within" time, but I would like to also add a "resolve within" time as well.

Eric, You can always use Live Forms to create your form with as many custom fields as you like. You can use the Helpdesk Extension to automatically create a ticket when the form is submitted. All custom fields will be saved in ticket.
There is no option to add "resolve within" at this time.
Can dependent drop down be created on live form as well?
