If I turn on the print setting for the module, I can only access that print function with a high authority account. What is the best way to make that available to just registered users?
Also, can this be done when I am using the filter string to create the pages? (ie, when I choose food resource category name like food pantry at the end of the string?)
I am unable to understand your concern. Please elaborate more.
Also, provide screencast so that we can understand the issue.
Sorry, I've been out and I was rushing to ask before I left, but here is the problem.
I check the setting "allow print" in the module settings.
As an administrator, I can go to the settings and get the option to use it. (settings print.png below)
However, if I am logged in as someone without appropriate admin privs, then I can't see the settings wheel and there is no option visible to the user to print it, because the element isn't there. They can only add.
And, if we open this up to non admins, we may also like them to have the ability to print.
Print element missing from the theme screenshot. (Onlyadd.png)
Is that more clear?
Thank you!
Module Setting is visible to those users who have permission of editing the module.
So there is no way to add a print function to the template itself (rather than through the widget) so people who don't have edit module privs can print the module?
It is not possible at this time.
