seeing error- Failed to load licensing components - Live Utilities - and I would like to uninstall

Onf of my sites was upgraded to DNN9.3.2 and it had Live Utilities 1.0.8 on it. Now I am seeing the error message:

Failed to load licensing components. Please Repair / Re-Install Live Utilities . DO NOT UNINSTALL MODULE!

My enterprise license has expired and I cannot upgrade Live Utilities at this time, but plan to in the future. For now, I would like to uninstall Live Utilities to remove the error message. I tried to uninstall and it broke the site. It would not load anymore so I restored the backup. So now the question is, how do I uninstall Live Utilities when in this situation?

    It seems like uninstall process is not updating the web.config. 

    Manually remove the following two lines from your web.config: 

    <add name="LiveUtilitiesModule" type="Mandeeps.DNN.Modules.LiveUtilities.Components.HttpModule,Mandeeps.DNN.Modules.LiveUtilities" preCondition="managedHandler" />

     <add name="LiveUtilitiesModule" type="Mandeeps.DNN.Modules.LiveUtilities.Components.HttpModule,Mandeeps.DNN.Modules.LiveUtilities" />
