Hi,

I'm looking to add a scrolling Blog category and then show some data about the blogs in the category under it when selected (ideally without a refresh)

The rough layout I'm looking for is attached

How can I accomplish this?  There can be upto 20-30 categories  and also maybe 20 items per category to show that's why the scroll effect is needed.

<< (scroll)  category image1 category image2 category image3   category image4    category image>> (scroll for more)

                   cat_name1         cat_name2          cat_name3            cat_name4             cat_name5

When a Category is selected we want to show the second slider (auto-update, ideally without page refresh: is this possible?)

<<< Blog 1... Blog2... Blog 3.... >> with the info below for each blog (like a baseball card that scrolls)

In each Blog: we want to show:

1.  The blog pic

2. The blog title

3.  Author

4.  some content preview

5.  1 horizontal status for no of times its viewed

6.  1 horizontal bar with status for no of times its shared

How to do this?  Esp showing the horizontal status graph/bar (its typically showing against most view eg: 23/100 views would be a 23% bar)
