I'm using the latest version of Live knowledgebase and it takes 1.5 minute to load the page that has the live knowledgebase module? Is there a way to fix this? it only has 5 articles and doesn't have a lot of content.
Saran, I would open a helpdesk ticket on this one so we can investigate. We use all of our products on our own site and you can see that our Knowledgebase does not have any performance issues. It has thousands of articles.
