Chat module is missing in the "Mandeep world"

you have a lot of cool new products but a chat module connected to the helpdesk is missing. This could enable to bring the chats direct into helpdesk.

We've always thought of that as well and actually do have a prototype that was made years ago. We never looked much into due to many great (and even free) alternatives that are available in the industry.

We'll be happy to add that to our roadmap for Community Engagement tools if there's enough community interest.

Yes, very good idea! I use Zendesk chat tool now but that is not integrated in DNN.
