Date format confusion in live forms

I have no idea what this date format is when I am trying to create an action. My date has a format like this [A5E29D2A-2D8D-4C08-8975-6D75FDEDE622] from my token and I have no idea how to calculate and age with this type of format.

Any help would be appreciated.

Are you saying there is no way for me to calculate age based on a date entry?
