HelpDesk date format

Sirs,
Where you can change the date format used in HelpDesk module? This US. format is weird.

dd.mm.yyyy hh.mm would be fine or the ANSI format yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm .

I think that is caused by your setting in Windows or your browser. When I go to my own Helpdesk module or on this site the date format is in Dutch 02 Nov 2017 11:39 AM. Only time is in 12 hour am/pm but I don't mind about that.

No, it isn't that. All the other dates in DNN are in the format we use here in Finland. Only this component shows 12 hour & U.S. format.

You can modify the views and set you own format. You can edit format in DesktopModules > LiveHelpdesk > Views > Issues > issues.html and change the line mentioned below.

"{{ row.CreatedOn | date:'dd MMM yyyy h:mm a' }}"
