Is Porto4 on its way?

I have noticed that the site at http://porto.mandeeps.com/ has changed and now shows a Porto4 logo. Is a new version of Porto imminent?

Can you tell us what is different and when the new version will be available?

Is there going to be an upgrade license available from Porto 3 to 4?
