Issue with live forums Porto Theme crashing the site

I have to pretty much copy the default Site folder in the templates to the porto Site folder overwrite it and my sites load.   But for whatever reason for a long time now if I do an update and it writes over that porto theme site folder my app crashes with a razor engine error.

Am I the only one having this issue or is it just my environment.  Seemed like it was fixed a while back with support however it is back to being buggy for me.  Checking if anyone else having this issue.

If after installing DNN forums and you are not using the porto theme you can delete it and it will work again.  It has to do with two files generally.

This theme is only installed if you own the Porto Theme.

HomePage.cshtml and Tags.cshtml seem to be the two I usually have to replace and it works.  Problem is I have a few sites that use the porto theme for forum and when I put the default over these files it does not have a very desirable result.

Looking to fix it when I have more time myself just wondering if anyone else knows about this or if I am the only one that can reproduce this issue.

When I updated porto or the forum... my site crashes again and I have to redo the fix.

This needs to get included in the package soon.  It just costs me so much time each time although now I can go right to the issue at hand.  I have to dig up that fix if I can remember where it is...  I worked many days with support on this one... just wanted to be sure I am not the only one.  thank you for the reply!

We really apologize for inconvenience caused. Please download and install new version of Live Forums (v2.0.7) from https://www.mandeeps.com/downloads and see if it works.
