I have a list that is set to populate subscribers based on SQL query. I am familiar with the "Import Now" button, but I thought maybe it operated on a schedule so that the list stays updated, however, it doesn't appear to be updating. I did see in the documentation that it will auto populate prior to a campaign going out, but this list is for automations that send messages based on automation dates. Is there a way for this list to update automattically without having to push the Import Now button every day?
Live Campaign doesn't update subscriber list automatically or based on scheduler.
You have to manually update the list.

We cannot estimate when your feature request will be available; but, we periodically review the list and add new features to the product roadmap.

Okay, well having to push the update button daily is really not an option. It does say in the documentation it does auto-update when a campaign is sent out: https://www.mandeeps.com/support/knowledgebase/live-campaign-lists-subscribers-auto-import-subscribers : “Prior to sending a new campaign, list will automatically import new subscribers.”
I tested that part and it does work that way, and we have the latest version. But that doesn’t help with automatons based on automation date, as it doesn’t know to run the campaign based on automation date if the list with automation dates isn’t up to date. Sounds like a bug to me, or a design flaw. It’s not really fully automated if you have to manually push an update button daily.
You are right Bryan, Live Campaign does have feature to automatically add subscribers through SQL query before sending the campaign.
You don't have to press "Import Now" button daily. I apologize for my previous reply.
I can also confirm that it is working in case of schedule the campaign to specific date.
If you are unable add subscribers in case of schedule the campaign to specific date then please check is there any error in event viewer related to Live Campaign and open a support ticket related to the issue through https://www.mandeeps.com/support/standard
