Could anyone point me how to troubleshoot the following issue?
For my recurring daily email, when the scheduled time arrives the email appears in the In Progress tab but remains in "waiting" status and does not sent. If I change the status to send immediately, it sends OK. The scheduled send is not triggering.
Appreciate any insights in things to look at to resolve this. This is the first time we've used scheduled sends. Thank you.
