Live Campaing - Test email not sending

I just downloaded a trial version of Live Campaign (4.2.3) and wanted to test it out, when i finish creating a campaign i go to 'Send Test Email' and nothing gets sent, i already tested the SMTP settings of DNN (Evoq 9.1.1) with a test Email and that is successful.

What can be causing this issue? Is there something i might have missed?

In Live Campaign > Administration > Make sure it's set to use "DNN SMTP Server"

That is the configuration i currently have on the > Administration > Server  "DNN Host settings" on the drop down menu

i will proceed to create the ticket

Hello Mandeep

I could not open the support ticket because i'm not the original purchaser, is there any way we can change who it is so that we can create tickets?

Please advise
