Hi, I've just setup a live forms module here: http://www.makeapizzaoven.com/Contact
Two questions:
1. When viewed on a mobile device in portrait mode, the captcha box extends past the boundary of the live forms module. It looks strange, i have altered the width of the captcha field but it has no effect.
2. Even though I have set the labels to be left aligned, they always appear on top of the input fields. But when I go to 'manage' they are on the left. Why are they not on the left when I view the form?
Thank you, Matt
1. Captcha is not responsive
2. We are unable to duplicate this issue on our test server. Please make sure you use latest version of Live Forms(v5.9.0)
Hi, I have upgraded to the latest version of Live Forms and I still have the problem. Were you testing it with the module in the rightpane?
If I move the module to the contentpane (for example) the labels show on the left. If I move it back to the rightpane, the labels appear above the text field. Is this normal behavior?
Forms will appear in mobile view under 768 width that's why labels appear above of the field in right pane. You can change this width size from Manage > Styling > Mobile Under
Hello,
i have the same problem. i'm using the latest version of live form and i integrated captcha V2. but on mobile view it doesn't work correctly. when i check the agree box i get the overlay window with the pictures and i only see the third row. the first and second row are hidden. it's a problem with the hight of the iframe. at the html code the iframe has a height og 555px but at the developer console i see the the iframe only has a height of 385px. that's the url of the page: https://www.cocoonsports.com/de/lookbook-online-bestellen
