We updated to Live Helpdesk 1.4.6 and since then our users are unable to add an attachment to their ticket. I am able to attach just fine but I have the role of host. My users all have the role of subscribers and I have allows read-write permissions to that role to the Portals/0/LiveHelpdesk/380/ folder.
Anyone else experiencing a similar issue?
