Is the behavior of the mega menu normal for the color selected (PRIMARY for example) to display the primary color as the background - unless the active page is any page IN THE MEGA MENU?

When I go to any tab in the mega menu list of children tabs the menu changes to a default black text on a white background - NOT the PRIMARY background as seen when I'm on any other tab in the website.
