Ordered Wrong Version of Live Forms

I ordered version 4 by mistake looking for version 5 on the DNN store. I tried to create a support ticket here but it wouldn't let me. DNN support redirects me to here. I tried to call but only had the option for sales and then just got a recording. 

Can anyone herlp please? What I need is to cancel the version 4 license and get a good license for version 5.

Go ahead and purchase Live Forms 5 and we’ll issue a refund for Live Forms 4 purchase.
