Renaming Site and licensing

Will there be any issues with renaming the portal site with the standard license? 

Currently my site is named intranetdev but eventually we would want to name it as just intranet. will that cause any issues with licensing?

Note: We already have a non DNN site called intranet which we want to replace but have to keep running in the mean time.

Also are there any best practices in regards to renaming a portal?

No, Standard Edition can be used on the multiple portals within the same DNN install.

Standard Edition is tied with DNN install not with the domain. The license will work fine If you are on same DNN install.

Thank you for the information. Can you please define an install? If I delete my current installation (database and files) and start over how can i maintain my licensing? Is there something that I have to export and re-import first?
