Unable to add Live Blog to DNN 9 site

I have added the Live Blog extension, but when I try to add it to a page, the page goes blank and I cannot see anything. The URL ends with /ctl/manage/mid/389#/licensing so I assume there is some kind of licensing question on the screen but I cannot see anything.

Simon,
I see that you have a helpdesk ticket open and we're assisting you to resolve this issue. The issue is specific to your DNN Instance/Environment and not a known issue therefore it's imperative that we continue our discussion in helpdesk. Thanks

My experience with Live Articles, Live Blog, and Live Content is that they will likely fail to load in DNN 9.2.x because of an issue with the licensing component, especially when newer/updated versions of other Mandeeps modules are installed that have been fully updated for DNN 9.2+. I have assumed it to be a known issue so haven't reported it, and am patiently waiting for updates to LA and LC. Live Blog just got updated recently, so perhaps it is 100% compatible now.

Hi, I didn't get any notification that my support ticket had been responded to sorry.

Good to hear that Live Blog is compatible. I'll give it a try. Do you have a list of which modules are fully 9.2 compatible?

All of our modules are DNN 9.2 compatible with the exception of Live Content and Articles; those will be updated and released within 2 weeks.

And now trying to install Live Articles I am getting an error saying "Failed to load licensing components. Please Repair / Re-Install Live Articles . DO NOT UNINSTALL MODULE!"

Not a great start to testing out these modules for purchase.

Simon,
Eric is correct. Live Articles and Live Content are not yet DNN 9.2 compatible; we're expecting a new release within 2 weeks.

Live Blog is now DNN 9.2 compatible; new version was released recently.
