Does Live Forum or Live Exchange allow upload of files? I'm looking to use one of these in a medical research area and Researchers need the ability to upload data files. If not which module would work the best?

No. There is no file upload capabilities in either Live Forums or Exchange at this time.
Are there plans to add this feature.
