A way to report things that get posted to a moderator or group of moderators.  And a possible way to automatically remove things that get more than X number of reports for abuse of website policies.

Give the user a list of options to say why they feel it is abuse and should be flagged.  Different options can carry different weight as desired and set so if it reaches a certain threshold of points collected against the post it gets automatically removed.
