You can edit the form to have specific language, based on the default language.
But, you can't have a "thank you" message in different languages (maybe with complex JavaScript or other things, but the basic users can't have it natively in the module).
We'll need to define scope on this one; would it be limited to Show Message action? What about emails? Do they need to go out in native language.
