cc email addresses on Helpdesk tickets

We would the ability to be able to cc additional email addresses on a support ticket in addition to the primary end user. The additional email addresses could be added via a ticket created on the email channel email  where there are additional email addresses on that email, or added through the UI by an agent

Thanks for this suggestion. This is a great idea; however, it's a very specific use case. We'll be happy to include this feature in the next version of Live Helpdesk if the community is willing to sponsor the development.
