Typically I want a form to email the website owner and copy it to the submitter as well.
Whilst it is possible to insert more than one email address into the 'To Email' field in the action editor, it is not possible to insert an email plus the EMAIL token because the form refuses to accept it.
Obviously one could create multiple actions for this, but it seems like one should simply be able to send to the submitter and another address without replicating the template and all of the rest.
If it's not possible for the 'To Email' field to accept both a token and an email, then the suggestion is to add a CC and/or a BCC field to the email action.

Actually.. this might be a support request instead as I've just found I can't save the action even with only the EMAIL token in the to field.
I'll test further and get back.
Ok, maybe delete this suggestion. It works on a new form instance, but not on the instance I was using. No idea way. Same portal etc.

FYI, the issue I had was because the email field was just a normal text field, not the special email field. Everything's working now.
