Change delay on hover for main menu items or delay to open submenu for mega menu

The current DDR mega menu you have on the Porto skin is NOT friendly to the person browsing the website. The hover action to open mega menus is very frustrating and covers important content. There NEEDS to be an option to CLICK TO OPEN  or at least delay to open the mega menu instead of immediate open on hover.
