Configure rewards to put an icon or an image for a badge that can be shown on the users profile area.  Possibly font awesome or theme icons can be selected easily or select a file uploaded.  Explain what size image and types works best for badge images.  Maybe live dashboard can have a component that displays this nicely easy.  

Gamification is not a tag to select here so that is a second idea.
