Not sure if this functionality already exists? Currently, "Reopen" button appears only for the user who created a ticket. It would be nice to make it available to Agents of that category where that ticket is created so that they can reopen any time if needed.

Thanks for looking into this. I wrote a ticket about this and got a custom query to use, but agents cannot run that.
