Have Live Knowledgebase use what ever editor is being used

I use ckeditor on my site and just found out from support that live knowledgeable only supports the default dnn editor.  Which is odd since Live Campaign and Live forms work fine with ckeditor

Can this be changed?

Live Knowledgebase now uses our own HTML Editor. Learn more at https://www.mandeeps.com/support/knowledgebase/html-editor

For the record, Live Exchange, Forums, Helpdesk, and Knowledgebase will use our own CK Editor. In future, we will provide more options for customization on these editors.

As of toda, only Live Knowledgebase uses DNN Editor for canned responses. All end users input is managed via our own CK Editor.

I was working with Mandeep on this and a build for Live Forums was made that used the DNN Editor Provider (iframe) but I can tell you that is something you don't want in modules like Live Knowledge base or any of the new modules from Mandeeps.com. Maybe when Mandeep makes an editor provider that is modern and made for SPA or MVC modules.

If you need to make changes to the current editor that is very easy. Just create a new build of the ckeditor and copy it to this folder DesktopModules\Mandeeps\Libraries\Common\Frameworks\Ckeditor. Information on how to configure and build CKEditor can be found here https://ckeditor.com/cke4/builder.

What do you miss in the current CKEditor?
