A use case might be any circumstance where we would need to move our subscriber lists to a different platform. As a state agency, for example, the central state IT department could announce that they've contracted for an email marketing service provider, and want all other state agencies to manage external email campaigns centrally in the new system.

We're not in a particular rush for the feature, but it will likely be needed at some point.
