Please consider adding to Live Campaign the ability for private list members to manage their own unsubscribes. A list is a list, after all, and self-management of one's subscriptions is standard practice. There is nothing about private lists that would preclude unsubscribes.
Also, the unsubscribe from all lists function is very misleading because the module only shows public lists, yet the user would also be unsubscribing from private lists.

That's not correct. Anyone that unsubscribes from all lists is added to "Global Blocked" list. Even though they may show subscribed to an individual list, they will never receive any emails.
The whole idea of a Private List is that the user cannot subscribe or unsubscribe by their own choice.
Is there a reason why you're not using a public List?
Hi Mandeep. I guess we'll just have to disagree on this one. There's nothing to indicate that the user is unsubscribing from his/her private lists. That's the part that I think is misleading; the module might show me on three (public) lists, and when the function says to unsubscribe from all list, it would mean those three to most users. There's nothing to suggest that I'm unsubscribing from other (private) lists I'm not seeing. .
We're not using public list for these because we don't want the lists open to everyone on the subscription module. We have a lot of large project teams that need their own lists.

What if we allow the user to individually unsubscribe from private lists, but they won't be able to add themselves to private lists. I think this would resolve your concerns.
We'll have to announce this change so the admins can name their private lists appropriately now that they'll be visible to end users.

We'll still be able to use the Live Campaign Sign-up module for private lists, right?
That's how we work. We have secured team pages with sign-up forms for Live Article and other private alerts. If they could also unsubscribe from those list, that would be great. It would also help with our GDPR compliance.
