The ability to add images (via an upload field) to the radio buttons / Check box list would be an amazing improvement to those features. I know this can be achieved via HTML <img " src="/Portals/0/Images/logo.png" > but for those who dont understand HTML would be an awesome improvement!

Jordan, Thanks for the idea; however, this falls under custom code or development and should not be part of the native module experience. Another client may then want the ability to use icons instead of images or something else.
We need to tread a fine balance between ease of use and feature rich module; but we can't include every scenario otherwise we'll have a bloated module that is extremely hard to maintain.
Unfortunately, I can't accept this idea.
