When Live Forms is used to build forms that collect private data, especially files that are uploaded by the users, there should be an option to delete the files from the portal after the action is executed.

For instance, if I define an action that sends an email with the files attached, after the email is sent the files should be deleted automatically.

This will prevent the files from being accessible by a public URL.
