Live Helpdesk: Ability to search tickets by ticket#, title

It would be great if you can provide a search bar on all tabs (Resolved, unassigned, assigned to me etc.,.) and ability to search tickets by text or ticket# would be super helpful since it's so cumbersome to search every ticket individually

Search bar already appears for each tab. We can certainly add the ticket # as a searchable field. 

Are you referring to the ability to do a global search? Across all categories/statuses? For now, you can simply plugin the ticket id in the URL to navigate to the ticket directly.

adding ticket# search to the already existing search bar would be helpful. Also, having ability to do a global search(across all categories/statuses) would be super helpful as we don't have to go into each tab and search for a ticket if we already know the ticket number. 

Yes, already doing that. Manipulating URL to input ticket# is the only way to get the ticket quicker currently.

Agreed. Will add a global search under "Advanced Search" option including the ability to navigate to a ticket # directly.
