Live Helpdesk chronology of the posts

It would be optimal to sort the chronology of the posts in the ticket also in descending order, from the last to the first.

Tickets are automatically sorted in the order they should be replied by showing the last to the first. Tickets created first should be replied first. 

If you enable SLA and Priority then tickets will be sorted by SLA; depending on their priority.
