The Manufacturers paging and sort order needs some attention.

Sort order is incorrectly stored. Notice how it stores the sort order of the items on the respective admin display page, instead of storing the sort order within the context of the entire group of items. In other words, each page stores a sort order of 0,1,2, 3 that is correct for the Manufacturers page that you are on, but incorrect within the context of other Manufacturers on other pages.

Also, there is no way to change the paging from it's default of 25. Therefore, items can only be reordered within their respective groupings on the particular page in the Manufacturers list.
